Hi, I’m Stacia, a certified travel advisor, agency owner, and freelance consultant with an MBA and more than 20 years of experience in operations, administration, process improvement, and travel logistics. I understand the behind-the-scenes demands of running a travel business because I do it every day in my own agency.

I provide practical coaching and consulting for travel advisors who are building, strengthening, or reorganizing their businesses. I can help with operational processes, client communication, service fees and boundaries, CRM organization, workflows, forms, templates, and other systems that support the client journey.

I am Tern certified through Lucia and have used the platform in my own agency since early 2024. I provide personalized, hands-on Tern coaching to help advisors understand the platform, organize their accounts, and build processes they can confidently maintain themselves.
