Short version:

I'm a former Travel Advisor (15+ years) turned Squarespace designer. On the design side, I build custom Squarespace websites for travel and wellness brands. I’ve also spent timefor a Canadian host agency, from agency supplier setup to commission reporting and reconciliation.

Longer version:

On the agency side, I worked on a contract basis with a growing Canadian host agency supporting a network of 26 advisors, including onboarding, supplier relationships and working in the Tern back office. I was responsible for setting up 80+ agency suppliers, running commission reporting and handling weekly statement reconciliation, including accounting for GST/HST. Hourly Tern support is $35/hr.

On the design side, I’ve been building modern and SEO friendly Squarespace websites for 5+ years, lately with a focus on the travel industry. I've invested in multiple design & branding courses, am Standout Squarespace Certified and a Gold Circle member with Squarespace.

Overall, larger design projects we’ll scope together as a project-based quote and content updates are hourly at $65/hr. Content updates could look like adding new events or blog posts, updating imagery, optimizing SEO fields, adding pop-ups, email platform blocks or other integrations, etc. Basically, less styling-focused for hourly content work.
