About
I’m an operations and growth consultant with a background in travel advising, business ownership, and sales leadership. I specialize in supporting travel advisors and small business owners with both the day-to-day operations of their business and the longer-term planning required to scale sustainably.
I bring hands-on experience running my own travel business as well as consulting for other travel business owners. I regularly support clients with overall business operations planning, process development, and strategic growth planning, including 6–12 month roadmaps focused on revenue, capacity, and workflow efficiency. I’m comfortable working within industry platforms such as Tern and Axus, and I understand the pace, complexity, and attention to detail required to support multiple clients, trips, and timelines.
My work often includes:
- Operational planning and workflow development
- Strategic growth planning (6–12 month outlooks)
- Inbox and client communication management
- Drafting client and partner communications
- Organizing supplier, accommodation, and DMC resources
- Gathering and coordinating travel insurance quotes
- Project management across active trips
- Expense tracking and reporting
- Drafting newsletters and client-facing content
- Creating Canva resources (guides, internal tools, social content)
In addition to my travel industry experience, I’ve previously run sales teams and supported revenue-driven organizations, which informs how I approach strategy, prioritization, and execution. I’m structured, proactive, and comfortable working independently while staying aligned through regular check-ins.
