This Done-for-You Setup on Tern package includes everything you need to get started with Tern, fully set up and ready to go.

What’s Included:
- A 30-minute initial consultation call to review your business and client experience.
- Workflow setup, including:
Client Onboarding and Post-Trip Follow-Up workflows
Plus 3 additional workflows of your choice (options include: Cruise, All-Inclusive Package, Custom FIT, Simple Vacation Package, Honeymoon, or Disney (WDW only)).
- All email templates corresponding to your selected workflows will be loaded and linked; they can be fully automated or set as reminders for manual sending.
- Form configuration, including inquiry forms for each chosen workflow, an optional general inquiry form, a return client inquiry form, and a profile form (including passport info).
- Automation configuration to connect workflows and emails, ensuring reminders and automations are fully functional.
- Access to tutorial videos to guide you through using the systems set up in Tern.
- A live quarterly coaching session to work on updates and address any questions you have.

What’s Not Included:
- Creating or editing terms and conditions or a client agreement (you need to have these ready).
- Evaluating or integrating your existing workflows or email templates with the new setup (this is available separately by the hour).
- Custom email writing services.
- Importing your existing client list (Tern can assist if you have a CSV file).
- Data entry (you may wish to hire a virtual assistant to input client trip details).
- One-on-one Tern training sessions (instead, tutorial videos and support for the implemented systems are provided).
