I'm a Tern specialist focused on helping advisors make the most of their Tern templates — whether you've purchased them and haven't quite had the chance to implement them yet, or you're up and running but ready to better tailor them to your actual practices and expand how you're using workflows in Tern. Either way, I help you get from wherever you are to a setup that truly reflects your brand, your voice, and the way you work.

As an active travel advisor myself (since 2023), I understand the real demands of this industry, which means I'm not building theoretical solutions — I'm building things that actually hold up in practice. My background as a former NYC pastry chef and sommelier also gives me a pretty unique lens for crafting workflows that capture the kind of elevated, experiential travel that sets advisors apart. And years in government before travel means I take communication, deadlines, and keeping all the moving pieces organized seriously.

What my process includes:

· Tern account setup review
· 1:1 Tern training after implementation to ensure you're fully utilizing your new setup

I work on an hourly-rate basis from the Eastern time zone. If you reach out weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, expect to hear back within 4 hours — usually sooner.
