• Admin & CRM: inbox triage, proposals, invoicing, commission tracking, secure payments (Google Workspace, Tern, TravelJoy, Travefy, Stripe, Xero, Wise).
• Travel concierge: Research, vendor coordination, dining/activity curation, on-trip support across LatAm, Europe & North Africa. 
• Marketing ops: content calendars, newsletters (ConvertKit, FloDesk, and more), WordPress updates, SEO blog posts, simple website refreshes. 
• Social media: IG/LinkedIn/TikTok scheduling, community replies, light analytics, and reporting.
• Process & automation: SOPs in Notion, task boards (Trello/Asana), Zapier flows for inquiries, reminders, and follow-ups.

Bilingual English/Spanish, BA in hospitality, 15+ professional hospitality/marketing experience, fully remote, and happy to take on 10+ hrs/week or short projects.
