I’ve guided hundreds of individuals, professionals, and teams through new initiatives and transformations. In 2017, I relocated to Thailand (also my first trip abroad!) and built an expat community from scratch that I scaled into a consulting business providing destination services and relocation support.

With 15+ years in hospitality, entrepreneurship and leadership, tech transitions, and operations across international businesses including a Fortune 500 and high-volume tour operators - my expertise is a combination of strategic insight and hands-on implementation.

Now, I guide businesses through transitions and initiatives including:
