Hi, I'm Tori Rogers, a Fractional Chief Operating Officer and Strategist with over 15 years of experience in marketing and operations across hospitality, tech transitions, and various industries. My career started in media sales before transitioning to corporate leadership roles including a Fortune 500 where I honed my expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Team Management, Branding, and Communications.
In 2017, I relocated to Thailand and launched a community to connect expats in Southeast Asia that evolved into a travel company offering relocation assistance, scouting trips, and destination management services. Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of brands and organizations including Live Nation, Netflix, W Hotels, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Thailand, Santa Fe Relocation and US Embassy in Thailand. My most recent projects include developing strategic messaging, lead generation collateral (eBooks, quizzes, and Welcome Guides), marketing, templates, website updates, workflows, and workspaces for travel advisors. I also recently led company-wide operations, onboarding, and training for a large tour operator with a global remote team managing hundreds of bookings each week.
