users will retain full control and responsibility over how the work is executed by their CoPilot.
Lucia does not actively monitor or regulate the work involved in each package and
will not be held liable for any final outcomes or results achieved through a package.

How long will it take to complete the setup process?
For basic packages, we can complete the onboarding process within 1-2 hours, depending on how quickly you can provide itinerary information. For Standard and Premium packages, this is an ongoing relationship that we can continuously maintain beyond just onboarding.
Is login required?
Yes, log-in to your AXUS account is required in order to complete your itineraries and proposals.
Is the freelancer involved in communication with clients?
I will not facilitate any communications with your clients and will be able to remain behind the scenes for your itinerary needs.
