About

I am a travel advisor with two years of experience. I enjoy assisting other advisors while growing my business. OOO coverage is a pain point for many advisors, we all joined the travel industry because we love to travel but the reality is, it's difficult to juggle our own travel and our own client's travel. I am uniquely qualified to provide OOO coverage as this is something I provide to my own clients as well as some advisors within my host agency. I offer three tiers of service to provide the level of coverage your business needs. I have some clients who want their in-boxes monitored and minor issues address for short periods of time, supplemental coverage for 4-8 hours, to 24/7 coverage while they are completely of the grid. Whatever your needs, I provide high-touch, client-centered coverage to give you peace of mind and smooth out any bumps your clients may experience while traveling!

The basic package is good for anyone who wants their inbox monitored and issues triaged short term while they are at a conference, while traveling to a destination and have limited wi-fi capabilities, or anyone who wants a break.

Ideal for: Advisors who need minimal, backup coverage while attending events or FAMs with intermittent availability.
Includes:
Periodic check-ins for urgent issues only.
Limited email monitoring (e.g., a single daily scan for high-priority emails).
Basic support on existing itineraries or simple trips.
Communication to the advisor as needed for escalated issues.

The standard package is for someone with a larger book of business who may not have other coverage or only needs coverage during certain hours of the day.
Ideal for: Advisors on vacation with occasional Wi-Fi access or needing moderate assistance.
Includes:
Daily email monitoring with responses to client inquiries.
Support on itineraries with moderate complexity (e.g., standard FIT trips).
Handling adjustments on ongoing projects, proposals, and simple bookings.
Coverage for urgent needs and client check-ins.

The premium package is for those who will be completely disconnected and need 24/7 coverage for all possible scenarios.
Ideal for: Advisors fully OOO, out of Wi-Fi range, or requiring high-touch support.
Includes:
Full daily email monitoring and response handling.
Proactive management of complex itineraries (FIT with DMCs, cruises).
Active work on new proposals, bookings, and client follow-ups.
Detailed updates and coordination on any ongoing or high-priority projects.

Rates shown are per day. Additional Hourly Rate: $35/hour for tasks exceeding one hour daily across all packages.
