Our Process: Collaboration & Strategy, Framework & Design, Implementation & Take-Off

Collaboration & Strategy-
Once you have signed up for the service, you will be given a 30-45 minute collaboration schedule to strategize your Business Workflow. During this call, we will determine the task list that is applicable to the type of service your business provides.

Framework & Design-
With the workflow and task lists we have developed, we will begin to customize your CRM. We’ll start by compiling templates, forms & questionnaires, email banner designs, etc. - so that you can get a better look at how everything fits together.

Implementation & Take-Off-
We will then start implementing the structure to your Tern account and we'll do a couple of tests to make sure everything is accurate before preparing to hand it all back over to you. We'll also provide you with our TESS Workflow Handbook.
