What I’m offering

This is a guided Tern build where we set up your account together so you leave with a working, automated operating system, without you having to figure it out alone.

What is included in every tier:

*Trip stages / pipeline set up in Tern (so every trip follows the same structure)
*2–3 core forms installed and connected (Inquiry/Trip Request, Traveler Profile, T&Cs/Acknowledgements, Cancellation Request)
*60–90 minute training + handoff session
*Handoff Kit you can reference anytime: handbook + short walkthrough videos + checklist

Then we add your chosen Supplier Package(s) which include: a pre-built workflow systems that include the emails, tasks, automations, tags, and workflow logic so your process runs at the right time, every time.

What is a “Supplier Package”?

A Supplier Package is a complete workflow bundle that includes:

*Email templates for that exact supplier with placeholders (names, dates, payment links, etc.)
*Tasks + timing (what to do and when)
*Automations that trigger the right steps automatically
*Tags that keep everything organized
*Workflow(s) that tie everything together cleanly

*Important: Email templates are delivered as-is (you can edit/tweak them anytime inside Tern). If you want me to customize the wording to match your voice, that’s available as an add-on.
