Phase 1: Discovery Call
Your CoPilot works with you to identify your top destinations, most-used suppliers, essential client communications, and the templates that will drive the most immediate value.

Deliverables:
- Priority roadmap of templates to build and/or migrate
- Recommended folder structure for your library
- Homework assignments to help you build Tern skills between sessions

Phase 2: Activity Template Setup
Your CoPilot builds out your most common offerings, organized into shared folders by destination or supplier with proper team permissions.

Deliverables:
- Up to 15 activity templates organized into folders

Phase 3: Email and Form Template Creation
Your CoPilot creates your core client communications and organizes everything so advisors can find and use templates quickly.

Deliverables:
- Up to 20 email and form templates (welcome email, booking confirmation, payment reminders, and other high-frequency communications)
- Organized folder structure for easy advisor access
- Optional: 1 to 2 signature itinerary templates based on your best-selling trips

Phase 4: Training and Review
Your CoPilot walks your team through how everything connects, how to access and use library content, and how to maintain and grow your library over time.

Deliverables:
- Recorded walkthrough of your full library setup
- Best practices guide for library maintenance
- Recommendations for workflow automation next steps

What you'll need to provide:
- Your top destinations, suppliers, and trip types
- Sample itineraries or past proposals
- Existing email copy or messaging preferences
- Feedback on drafts within 1 to 2 business days

Not included: data migration, workflow automation, advisor training blocks, ongoing template creation after launch, and SOP creation. These are available as separate projects, as needed.
