This package is for agencies that are already set up in Tern and ready to put their client communications on autopilot. Whether you have existing workflows that need to be rebuilt in Tern or you're starting from scratch, your CoPilot works with you to design and activate automations that match how your agency actually operates.

The work happens across 4 phases over 1 to 2 weeks.

Phase 1: Discovery and Review
Your CoPilot reviews your existing workflows, emails, and forms, identifies what's working and what isn't, and maps out exactly what gets built. Includes a 1:1 walkthrough on how automations and workflows will work best for your team.

Deliverables:
- Clear picture of what's live, what's half-built, and what needs to be built from scratch
- Defined priorities and constraints before any build begins

Phase 2: Workflow Architecture
Your CoPilot designs your lifecycle workflows covering lead intake, planning, booking, pre-trip, and post-trip. Triggers, conditions, and timing all get defined so nothing runs out of order or creates conflicts.

Deliverables:
- Up to 15 workflows designed and mapped
- Recorded walkthroughs for team reference

Phase 3: Activation and Testing
Workflows go live in test mode first. Your CoPilot checks every trigger, validates email timing, and cleans up any forms or inputs that could break the logic before your clients ever see it.

Deliverables:
- All workflows activated and tested
- Final adjustments made before go-live

Phase 4: Final Review and Handoff
A final pass to confirm everything is stable, followed by a recorded walkthrough so you and your team know what was built and how to manage it going forward.

Deliverables:
- Confirmed stable workflows
- Recorded handoff for your team to reference anytime

Not included: contact, booking, or trip data migration; itinerary building; SOP creation; ongoing cleanup after go-live; and prolonged troubleshooting. These are available as separate projects, as needed.
