I have the expertise and resources to assist your clients while they are traveling in Europe. I'm located in Italy which shares the same time zone as most of Western Europe.

Sleep easy knowing if your clients 8:00 AM tour gets cancelled or their transfer is late, I can take care of them immediately and send you a note letting you know what the client needed and how I resolved their issue. Concierge:
I assist with dining reservations, alternate travel information during a strike, last-minute tickets to an attraction or tour (if available), directions, difficulties with a hotel or tour guide, etc.

Emergencies:
I am also available in emergencies or major last-minute cancellations (such as flights). I can also assist if someone back home is trying to reach them.

My response time is quick and professional.

How it works...

1. We will have a brief consultation. I promise not to take too much of your time. I want to make sure I am prepared to assist your client. I will obtain client details and an itinerary. This can also be done over email.

2. I will provide my WhatsApp number so your clients can reach me free of charge. Let your clients know to contact me if they need assistance between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Italy time, 7 days a week.

3. I will assist the client and email you with information as needed. Easy peasy!
