users will retain full control and responsibility over how the work is executed by their CoPilot.
Lucia does not actively monitor or regulate the work involved in each package and
will not be held liable for any final outcomes or results achieved through a package.

How long will it take to complete the setup process?
It varies based on how quickly you provide the required information and the package you select. Discuss your preferred completion date during the initial onboarding discovery call. Typical turnaround is 4 days.
Is login required?
If you are comfortable pulling required reports from your PMS, not necessarily.
Is the freelancer involved in communication with clients?
No. We will not make any edits or changes, only make suggestions for you to implement.
I am just finishing setting up my PMS and opening my doors. Is this package right for me?
If your system is all set up, yes, we can proceed with the analysis, suggestions, and strategies. We just will not have the previous year’s data, but that’s fine.
