Setting up a new system from scratch or migrating from an existing platform can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. This is where I come in! With 20+ years of hands-on experience, I specialize in making this transition smooth, strategic, and stress-free. I love Tern so much—I use it for my own agency!
🛠️ What’s Included
- Planning & Strategy Call → Build a custom Roadmap with timelines & cutover dates (if applicable)
- Data Migration → Import scrubbed client lists + historical trips and bookings (if applicable)
- Trip Setup → Convert existing itineraries into active trips based on package level
- Forms Setup → Includes a minimum of one Contact Form + one Trip Form
- Email Templates → Add current templates + workflow-based emails based on package level
- Workflow Creation → Includes:
- Client Contact Automation (Birthday, Anniversary, Passport Reminders)
- Post-Trip Follow-Up (6- and 12-month touchpoints)
- One additional custom workflow (up to 10 tasks, 10 automations, 5 emails)
- General SOP Documentation & Best Practices in PDF
- Live 1-Hour Team Training → Recorded and shared
