WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
- Client-facing customer service or booking management
- One-off projects without ongoing partnership

HOW IT WORKS:
- This is an ongoing retainer billed weekly.
- Minimum commitment: 5 hours/week (20 hours/month)
- Our work together begins with an audit and strategy design, then we build out the systems and processes your team needs, train your team where necessary, and continue optimizing for sustainable scale
- We'll have regular check-ins (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your needs) plus async work between sessions to build systems, create documentation, and implement operational infrastructure.

Most companies start with 40 hours/month (10 hours/week) for the first 3-6 months to establish foundational systems, then adjust based on needs. For meaningful transformation, the recommended commitment is 6-12 months to build, implement, train, and optimize together.
