1. Quote Ready: emails your client that their quote is ready and tells them where to access it
2. Approve vs Revise Itinerary: sends an email confirming you received their revisions (and you’ll get to work) or thanks them for approving; includes the right internal tasks for you as the advisor
*30–60 minute training + handoff session
* Handoff Kit you can reference anytime: handbook + short walkthrough videos + checklist

Templates note: Emails included in the workflows are delivered as-is with placeholders. You can tweak them anytime in Tern. Copy customization is available as a paid add-on.
