I am a travel advisor myself, and I assist Lucia advisors while I continue to grow my business. Out-of-Office Coverage is incredibly important, and I am uniquely qualified to handle this since I navigate this with my own clients. I know the situations that can arise, how to communicate with the client, and where to go or who to speak with when they need help. I offer three tier levels based on how involved you would like me to be from just a few hours a day to on call, as much as possible. I have had some advisors who want to be completely removed from work for 2 weeks, while others are just looking to supplement the hours that their assistants have off. Either way, if you are looking for high-touch, client-focused service, this package is for you!

While this package provides guidance to the user and CoPilot on how to work together,
users will retain full control and responsibility over how the work is executed by their CoPilot.
Lucia does not actively monitor or regulate the work involved in each package and
will not be held liable for any final outcomes or results achieved through a package.

Is login required?
Yes, to access your programs and platforms while you are OOO.
Is the freelancer involved in communication with clients?
Yes, to provide quick responses to emails from clients. If you prefer I am not, we can discuss this during the discovery call.
Which package is right for me?
BASIC: This package is only for supplemental OOO coverage. This means you only need me to be available for a few set hours each day to handle any requests (up to 4 hours). This option is great for an advisor who will be working regularly while they travel or who already has someone covering their OOO but needs to fill in any gaps in coverage.
STANDARD: This package is for business hours (up to 8 hours a day) OOO coverage. You can set the exact timeframe you would like me to be available. This is a great option for an advisor who does not have anyone covering their OOO and will still be checking emails while they travel. I will only be available to respond to clients during the hours that you set for me to be available.
PREMIUM: This package is OOO coverage all day every day that you are traveling. There are no set hours, and I will be available to take calls and requests as much as possible (even in the middle of the night if it is urgent). This is a great option for an advisor who either wants to be totally in "vacation-mode" or who will not be able to check emails regularly, does not have anyone else covering OOO, and has clients that may require urgent assistance.
